Biography:OLLIE CLAY Uncle Ollie James Clay, Jr. was born in Waurika, Oklahoma on July 31, 1934 to Ollie Henry Clay and Mary Elizabeth Foster. Ollie Jr. (Uncle Ollie) attended Dunbar and Douglass High School. Uncle Ollie served in the United States Navy from 1949-1957, and was stationed in San Diego, California which included a tour in Korea in 1951. Uncle Ollie worked as an Automotive Detailer for Morris Chevrolet and a Welder for Robinson Steel until his retirement in 1985. Uncle Ollie professed his belief in Christ at an early age under the teaching of Elder Coy Brown, Pastor at the Church of God in Christ. At the time of his death, Uncle Ollie was a member of Word First Ministries with H. Gunn as Pastor. Uncle Ollie’s father preceded him death in 1999, in Los Angeles, California; his mother preceded him in death in 1943, in Lawton, Oklahoma. Uncle Ollie is survived by his wife, Marsha of the home; sisters: Thelma Hutchinson and Geraldine Abner, both of Oklahoma City; uncle, Ollie has a son, Joseph (JoeJoe); and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and precious friends.
