Andre Lamar Jones, born on May 29, 1975, in Oklahoma City to Sharon Hannah and Flynn Hicks, peacefully gained his wings on January 11, 2024. Andre, as he was known to those close to him, was a cherished son, brother, and father, leaving behind a legacy of love and fond memories.

Andre's educational journey took place in the Edmond Public School system, culminating in his graduation from Edmond Memorial High School in 1993. Throughout his high school years, Andre stood out as an exceptional and dedicated football player, showcasing his passion for physical fitness and athleticism.

Beyond his athletic pursuits, Andre harbored a deep love for performing and creating music. His artistic spirit brought joy and inspiration to those around him. Andre's artistic endeavors were a reflection of his vibrant personality and creative soul.

A source of pride and joy for Andre was his role as a devoted father to four beautiful children: Deandre, Naadia, Aja Lynn, and Abel Jones. His love for them was boundless, and he leaves behind a legacy of love that will continue to shape their lives.

Andre possessed a profound curiosity about the meaning of life, and his quest for understanding touched the hearts of those who knew him. His spirit of inquiry and openness to life's mysteries made him a unique and cherished individual.

He is survived by his loving mother, Sharon Hannah, and siblings Angela Crutison, Latoya Warrior, David Hannah, Myiah Jones, Carl Hannah, Shereece Bacy, and Ashleigh Jones. Andre's memory will forever live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
