Dennis Gerald Jackson was born March 4,1955 to Carey L. Jackson Sr. and Pearly Mae Jackson. He accepted Christ at an early age at the St. James Baptist church under the leadership of Pastor W. B. Parker. He was the third oldest of twelve children. Dennis graduated from Star Spencer High school in 1972; then he went on to join the National guards and the Masonic Brotherhood. He spent his last few years helping at Reverend Young’s church cutting the grass and whatever his hands could do until the Lord called him home.
His mother Pearly Mae Jackson, Father Carey L. Jackson Sr., brother Samuel L. Jackson and granddaughter Eliana Jackson preceded him in death.
Leaving to cherish his memories are his four daughters Felecia Williams, Barbara Jackson, Mary Jackson all of Oklahoma City, Ok and Elanna Jackson of El Paseo, Tx: one son Ray Jackson and two stepdaughters Talitha & Talitha Dial of Oklahoma City, Ok
His five siblings Shelia Jackson, Marvell Jackson, Carey Jackson Jr, Stanley Jackson, and Ricky Jackson; 12 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and host of nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
