Biography: Life Cut Too Short... Joshua Alexander Cooper was born September 29, 1994, to Tiffany Cooper and Clinton Brothers in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Joshua attended schools in the Mid-Del School System and graduated from Del City High School in May 2013. From an early age, Joshua has always wanted to work. From age 15 1/2, to shortly after graduation, Joshua worked for the Braums Ice Cream & Dairy Store in Del City. He was employed with Discount Tires Center at the time of his death. Joshua started playing sports at an early age. He was a tremendous baseball catcher, but his passion was football. One of our fondest memories was Joshua making an interception mid-field and running it back for a touchdown. Joshua was a huge Ray Charles fan. The movie Ray was one of his all-time favorite movies. He watched it so many times that family members would say, Again, Joshua...for real. He would just smile and keep right on watching. One of his prize possessions was a Ray Charles CD. He could often be heard belting out the tunes at the top of his lungs, not caring who heard him. The Good Die Young... Joshua passed away November 9, 2013 from respiratory failure due to asthma complications. Til We Meet Again... Joshua leaves to cherish his memories, his mother, Tiffany Cooper; his father, and step-mom, Clinton and Ginger Brothers; his unborn sister, Peyton Alexandria Cooper-Baker; Papa and Nana, Randle and Debra Cooper; Papa and Nana, Phillip and Melinda Brothers; Grandpa and Grandma, Greg and Marge Hargrove; Uncles: JR-Randle Cooper, Jr. and Ryan Cooper; Aunt, Julie Shrout; Cousins: EriKai Cooper, Emily Brothers, Wallace Trey Shrout, III and Joseph Cromwell. In addition, he will be missed dearly by his Bros Trevon Brewer, Matt Gregory, Trent McDaniel, Antonio Sykes; special friend, Miranda Reeser; and a host of other relatives and friends.
