In Loving Memory of Latoya Dazeray Hennesy
Entered Into Time July 25, 1992 - Welcomed Into Eternity January 6, 2024
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Latoya Dazeray Hennesy, who peacefully entered into eternal rest on January 6, 2024. Latoya was born on July 25, 1992, to her loving parents, Tonya Kaye Hennesy and Ray Quinton Wells.
Latoya spent her formative years in Oklahoma City, where she attended Oklahoma City Public Schools and proudly graduated from Douglass High School in 2010. She was not only a graduate but a loving and devoted mother to two beautiful children, daughter Jania Nicole Hennesy and son Rodney Deray Hennesy. Latoya found immense joy in motherhood, cherishing every moment spent with her beloved children.
Professionally, Latoya excelled as a restaurant manager, where her passion for food and dedication to her work shone brightly. Her love extended beyond the workplace, encompassing her family and friends. Latoya was known for her selflessness and willingness to go above and beyond for those she cared about.
In the arms of her heavenly family, Latoya is reunited with her brother Rodney Rashed Fillmore Hennesy, grandmothers Patricia Ingram-Johnson and Diane Driver-Lottie, aunts Cynthia Ingram, LaRhonda Wells, Persina Lottie, Versina Lottie, and uncle Tommy Ingram.
She is survived by her grieving parents, Tonya Kay Hennesy and Ray Quinton Wells; her brother, Quinelius Deray Hennesy; two sisters Destiny Denise Hennesy and Quinesha Roshawn Hennesy; uncles Reuben Ingram of Houston, Texas, James Rushing of Desoto, Texas, and David Smith of Oklahoma City; and aunts Belinda Alexander, Laura Linzy, Pamela Triplet, Gaytra Rushing, Latrice Washington, Alicia Smith, Charlotte Lottie, Martina Lottie, Latezza Lottie, and Miracle Lottie, all of Oklahoma City. Latoya is also remembered by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a wide circle of extended family and friends.
Latoya faced her illness with remarkable strength and courage, embodying the spirit of a warrior throughout her journey. Her love, laughter, and unwavering strength will be dearly missed by all who were fortunate to know her. The family is grateful for the time shared with Latoya and finds solace knowing that she is now at peace, resting in the arms of the Lord.
