On September 13, 1958 God breathed his breath of live into a beautiful baby girl born to Dorothy J. Rector and John Northington. Her father and one sister, Linda Moore-Harris, preceded her in death.
Renda was the most active lady as anyone could possibly imagine. One of her favorite projects was making macrame items, and she was an awesome jewelry maker. She loved going to the movies and collecting them. She was also a lover of music and she loved to read. If there was a table games Invented - she could and would play it. Now there was one hobby that was just hard to imagine - she "Collected TV Guides". No really- she did, hundreds of them.
She was a 1976 Graduate of Capitol Hill High School. She worked for the Department of Human Services from July 8, 1988 until December 17, 2010.
She was a life member Bethlehem Star Baptist Church and remained there her entire life. In 2016 she Graduated from Bethlehem Star School of Evangelism. She loved the Lord and was an avid reader of the Bible.
She met and fell in love Mickey (Cocker Spaniel) & Chaucie her beloved puppies and 3 beautiful cockatiel birds. Much Love there!!!!!!!
She leaves behind to cherish her loving memory, her mother - Dorothy Rector.
Siblings: Cinda Thomas, David Moore, Carolyn Rector, Johnny Rector, Jr., Bryan Rector (Diimah), Brother: Richard & Johnny Northington. Sister: Jackie Northington, Jacqueline Gabriel, Kaphleen House and a very Special Aunt Essie B. Walter. Uncles; Johnell Jackson & lroy (Isaac) Jackson (Linda) and a special cousin Sarah Steele. She loved spending time with her nieces and nephews: Shaquita L. Thomas
(Robert), Tra'Vonta, Ar'Kina, Shinya & BryJona Rector. There are a host of great nieces and nephews and many wonderful friends.
