Biography: Tommy Andrea Pendleton was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Washington and Marie Pendleton Sr. Tommy was educated in the Oklahoma City Public School System. He graduated from Douglass High School. After high school he enrolled in Oklahoma City University and studied History. He completed two of college before joining the United States Army. He served in the Army for two years, returning home and continuing his education. Tommy enjoyed learning. He graduated from Oklahoma City University with his Bachelors in History and a Masters Degree in Political Science. Tommy was a member of the Knights of Peter Claver #264 and assembly #35. Although, he was not a current member of the organization at the time of his death; however, he desired to become reactivated. Whether he was cooking at a retreat, helping plan a banquet, or creating a menu he was always willing to give his time and talents. Tommy held numerous positions during his career. Those included are Oklahoma City Public School, Corpus Christi School, Oklahoma Natural Gas, Modern Metals, and Allied/Ogden. He retired while he was self-employed. Tommy was preceded in death by both of his parents Washington and Marie Pendleton, brother Alfred Pendleton and sister Jean Vann. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife Marquita Hall Pendleton, his daughter Erica Hall, grandson DeOngelo Coulter, and granddaughter Isla Hall. He also leaves two sisters Cleta (Clee) Stevenson (Sugar Creek, MO) and Rita Womack (Oklahoma City, OK). One brother Washington Pendleton (Oklahoma City, OK), a special cousin Laverne (Sweet Pea) Jenkins ( Powder Springs, GA) and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
